Deaf, Tattooed, and Employed
Deaf, Tattooed, and Employed started as a passion project to share my personal experiences with hearing loss while also learning about the deaf and hard of hearing communities in various countries I visited in 2018. The writings have since led to contributing roles with Esteem and HearingLikeMe. On a broader and bigger scale, this project is about sharing your story, your diff-abilities, your insecurities and learning to embrace the unknown. It’s about focusing on YOU, recognizing that you have something incredible to offer the world. We have the tools and passion to make a change, TOGETHER!

Soccer Leadership Camp
Camp details: Did you know 93% of girls with disabilities do not participate in sports? Some of my Deaf Women’s National Team teammates and I are working together to put on a soccer leadership camp for deaf and hard of hearing girls. Our goal is to empower and instill leadership qualities in the next generation of deaf and hard of hearing females through soccer, classroom sessions, and a community service project.
